Paul Anthony YOUNG pousse son premier cri le 17 janvier 1956, je passe rapidement sur sa carrière pré-80's... mais il est bon de savoir qu'il eut un succès assez important dans les 70's avec le groupe STREETBAND.

Paul YOUNG sort son premier album sous son propre nom, il s'agira de "No Parlez", ce sera L'ALBUM de tous les succès, avec notamment l'excellent "Come back and stay" (à écouter dans sa version longue... volume au delà du maxi
).Dans la foulée, il ressortira un titre qui était passé inaperçu au Royaume-Uni, juste avant l'album "No Parlez", il s'agit de "Love of the common people"
Enfin, toujours sur cet album, il y aura le très émouvant "Wherever I lay my hat (that's my home)", ce titre est tout simplement sublime pour moi, il est chargé de tellement de souvenirs, impossible d'en parler.
